I don't mind dell. Their customer service is piss poor and their shipping is slow. Their product is solid, and that is all they have. But that is not why I am here.

I am here. For you. For the end of the line consumer. Getting your product in your hand. If you want to see your product, if you want to touch and use it as intended. BEG, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BEG Dell to ship ANY OTHER POSSIBLE WAY THAN PUROLATOR. They would be better off tying your product to the foot of a bird.

Purolator is by far the worst delivery company to ever exist. DO NOT LET DELL SHIP WITH PUROLATOR. They are lying crooks. Skum of the earth kind of people.

There should be an option for 1 star.

Today I witnessed a purolator driver come up and stick the notice on my door then walk away. No knock, not ring. I've had them do this before.

I called them and chewed a new ass out of their agent who then contacted a supervisor who told me to keep an eye open that he would be coming back right way.

2 Hours Later - Nothing. So I call them back and I find another agent who tells me that I was straight up lied to, that they have no way of knowing when a driver will come back and IF he will even do it. All they can do is put a notice to have the package re-delivered. So I ask to be forwarded to a manager once again, speak to him and he basically tells me a bunch of crap saying yeah he will be back today.

6PM - Nothing. I call again and they say that she will check to see if all the drivers are in. Shortly after she tells me there is no way to see if they are in. That there is a chance he could still be on his way.

7PM - Tracking is updated - Attempted Delivery - Recipient Unavailable.

Now at this point I've had 2 seperate supervisors tell me that they will call me back with more info. Neither of them have done so. My laptop is sitting on the back of a truck going for a joyride in below freezing weather.

Did I forget to mention that on the delivery notice their driver ninja'd on my door it said that "You can pick up your package tomorrow at 11am" in a DIFFERENT CITY. (90 minute drive when speeding)

So here I am with a thumb up my butt wondering how Dell could have possibly found it logical to start an account with this piece of crap mickey mouse slimeball excuse for a courier.

Moral of the Story - If you are using DELL or buying from DELL. Tell them you will NOT purchase your product unless they ship from a different company than Purolator.
